Claylight Series
The ClayLight Lamp series is a family of ceramic light fixtures designed with ceramic artist Sharan Elran. Made of Clay, Porcelain and metal they explore the link between these materials and light. using different types of perforations and material thickness create different light environments and patterns.
Claylight Cluster
The Claylight Cluster is a composition of perforated egg shaped clay pendants, hung from a round clay ceiling plate.
Each cluster will have a combination of symetrical and a-symetrical egg elements between 5"-7.5". You may select a family of perforation patterns to appear on the shades, The dot pattern can be ordered with a matte white glazed finish.
Supplied white braided cords, a matching clay ceiling plate (13" Dia. for the 3 cluster and 15" Dia for the 5 cluster), and required hardware to connect it to an electrical box. Can be alternatively ordered with a 15' cord, plug and switch.
Supplied with a 20 Watt and 35 Watt/50 Watt Xenon bulbs that are twice more efficient in their energy use than regular incandescent and have a longer life span of 5,000 hours and a warm color light quality.
Our default cord lengths are:
Up to 58" for the lowest pendant.
Up to 32" for the highest pendant.
If you need longer cords just let us know. You can shorten the wires on installation to fit the space.
Currently we offer 3 pendant clusters and 5 pendant cluster, although if you require another combination please contact us.
