The ClayLight Lamp series is a family of ceramic light fixtures designed with ceramic artist Sharan Elran. Made of Clay, Porcelain and metal they explore the link between these materials and light. using different types of perforations and material thickness create different light environments and patterns.

Claylight Sconce Simple

This simple clay pot sconce has a spot bulb in it. The flexible arm, plated with a slightly pewtered satin nickel, allows the sconce to be aimed to all directions, bounce it up your ceiling and wall to add soft light to the room or use it as a task or accent light. All of the electrical parts are UL listed. Comes with hardware to connect it to an electrical box. Uses a spot 35W mr16 xenon bulb that is twice more efficient in its energy use than a regular incandescent (equivalent to 60-75W incandescent), has a longer life span of 5,000 hours and a warm color light quality. (The bulb can be replaced with a regular halogen mr16.) The lamp is also available in different wattages (light intensities - 20W, 50W). Packed in an elegant recycled box, fit for a present. The lamp is signed.
