Light Boxes
Small interactive light boxes allow for an exploration of the surface textures and the reflective planes’ three dimensionality. Each box has both a screen to view the projected light drawings and an aperture to view actual reflecting plane.
The medium for the light drawings is a system composed of a light source, a reflecting surface, and an architectural component (or screen) that registers the drawings.
The drawings are a temporal event, changing with transformations of the spatial relationship between the light source and reflector. As the reflector rotates, the light drawings transform.
