Returns & Refunds
One year warranty with reasonable use (We build these lights to last much longer)
You may return any product within 45 days of the date you received it. Items must be in good condition and include the original packaging.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We can provide a shipping label.
Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding return shipping costs if any). Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Custom design orders are non-refundable.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by troubleshooting the issue, sending replacement parts, or replacing the lamp as needed.
Customs & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
