This larger version of the claylight sconce has a 7" dot perforated ceramic shade which projects distinct light textures on the walls around it. The lamp shade perforations create a camera obscura effect which allows the round perforations to create V-shaped light textures with the Incandescent bulb, or a dotted pattern with the LED bulb.

- TOUCH DIMMER + HARD WIRED: A small metal knob on the ceramic plate allows three levels of light, on and off -- Not recommended if there is a wall switch or dimmer on the line (this touch dimmer resets every time the power is off.)
- Touch dimmer option is available for USA or Canada and is not available for 220-250V countries.

This lamp (and the table lamp I also bought) felt like really big investments for a home office that I built DIY with IKEA kitchen cabinets. I debated justifying the expense, despite knowing they were crafted and clearly well-matched to their price.
Now that I have this installed. I am so glad I got over my sticker shock. This wall sconce is so lovely. The clay has a light texture that has no sheen or glare. The shape is modern, yet not so simplistic that it's bland. This light (and the table lamp) will both transition between spaces if I ever want to move them from this room (I never will). Best of all, the texture the light makes from inside is magical. It's so ethereal and joyful. It was absolutely worth the price, and is honestly such a feature of my office now. Don't talk yourself out of these, they are worth it.
This light fixture is stunning, and was easy to install. We did need to add some additional lighting in the room because this fixture throws less light than the one it replaced, but it's a million times more beautiful!
